• Internet access, even though we will need it for some little download

That is why it is called local Host, your site will not be published on the web for all to see, it’s just you and you alone,

This lesson will help you to, familiarize yourself with the design of a WordPress website, when you are fully ready to create one for yourself or for a client

Things that will be needed for our lesson include

1. A good laptop with a hard-disk size of 150 gb and above, with a 2gb ram and above With good battery

2. Internet, for just downloading, basically we will be using our phones to download for efficiency’
3. A good web browser eg Chrome, Firefox etc

The server that holds your website for all to see is called web hosting Some of the hosting website available includes, hostgator, inmotion etc But for this course we are using local host

Domain name: this is the name of our website with its extension for example we have 

https://Vextorhub.com, or www.goal.com 

these domain names have .com as it extension others can have .ng or .edu as extensions
